International applicant may file with WIPO the international application for registration of a particular trademark designating China under the Madrid Agreement or Protocol. Chinese citizens can apply for international registration. To have a real and effective business office in China; Or has a domicile or headquarters in China; Or have Chinese nationality, including Taiwan compatriots and Chinese nationals in other places.
